The Korea Network of Women in Finance(KNWF) and eToday are pleased to host
the 『2025 International Conference of Korea Women in Finance』 on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, this conference will serve as an inflection point for institutional transformation, elevating women's leadership as a sustainable growth engine for financial industry.

The event will highlight the value of diversity and inclusion as key drivers of growth through in-depth discussions on organizational culture and HR systems in the financial sector. We will present the 'Korean Women in Finance Charter', inspired by the UK's 'Women in Finance Charter', and create a public forum bringing together policymakers and industry leaders.

We are honored to welcome Jennifer Barker, Global Chair of the 30% Club and Global Head of Treasury Services and Depositary Receipts at BNY Mellon, as our keynote speaker. She will share strategic insights into how diversity and inclusion enhance competitiveness and growth in global finance, while strengthening international solidarity.

Institutionalizing women’s leadership is an urgent priority in addressing Korea’s demographic decline and structural low-growth challenges.

We cordially invite you to join us at this significant event, to help design a sustainable future for Korea’s financial industry and to contribute your wisdom and insights to the discussion on the Korean Women in Finance Charter.
